Look Check ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our app.
- Photos & Facial Data: We do not store your photos on our servers. When you upload a mirror selfie, it is temporarily sent securely to the Google Gemini AI API solely for the purpose of analyzing your outfit. The image is not retained, used for training our own models, or sold to third parties.
- Local Storage: Your "Look Check" history (past photos and scores) is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this history is permanently erased.
- Analytics: We use PostHog to collect basic, anonymized usage data (like which buttons are pressed or if the app crashes) to help us improve the experience.
- Subscriptions: Payments are processed securely by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your credit card information.

By downloading or using Look Check, you agree to these terms:
- Standard License: This app is licensed to you under the standard Apple Terms of Service (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
- User Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct: You agree NOT to upload explicit, nude, violent, or illegal images. We employ automated safety filters. Attempting to bypass these filters or uploading prohibited content will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your device from accessing our services.
- AI Disclaimer: Look Check utilizes artificial intelligence to generate outfit feedback, including comedic "roasts." The AI's opinions are generated for entertainment and stylistic advice purposes only. We are not responsible for any emotional distress caused by a virtual stylist telling you your shoes are "basic."
- Fair Use: Our "Unlimited" Pro subscription is subject to fair use. We reserve the right to throttle or block accounts that programmatically spam the API or abuse server resources.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
