Open House Roast ("we," "us," or "the Extension") is a Chrome Extension designed to provide a social layer for real estate listings on Zillow.com. 2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the Extension’s core functionality:

• Authentication Information: When you log in via Google OAuth, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. This is used solely to identify your account and attribute your comments/roasts to you.
• User-Generated Content: We store the comments, replies, and reactions (upvotes/flags) you post. This content is linked to a unique Zillow Property ID (ZPID).
• Extension Usage Data: We store minor local configuration settings (such as sidebar toggle state) in your browser’s local storage to ensure a consistent user experience.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To allow you to post, edit, and view comments on specific Zillow listings.
• To facilitate the "Trending Feed" by aggregating comment counts per property.
• To maintain a safe community through our "Liability Shield" flagging system.
• To prevent spam and unauthorized access to our backend services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

• Public Visibility: Your name (as provided by Google) and your comments will be visible to other users of the extension on the specific property page where you posted.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase (a managed backend-as-a-service) to store your data securely. Supabase is prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Security

Data is stored using enterprise-grade encryption and Row Level Security (RLS) provided by Supabase. This ensures that only authorized users can modify their own content and that the integrity of the "Open House Roast" community is maintained.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data.

• Access and Correction: You can view your comments directly within the Extension sidebar.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Upon request, we will remove your profile and all roasts from our database.
